The warranty does not cover; User error, Accidental damage, Malicious damage, liquid damage (including that caused by E-Liquid) or any other issue that arises that is not a manufacturing fault.
Coils are perishable items that are classed as Dead on Arrival (D.O.A). E-liquids are a perishable item and are unreturnable once opened due to hygiene reasons. If a bottle of eliquid does not have a security seal on from the manufacturer, then due to uncertainty, we cannot for hygiene reasons refund the item.
