Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refusals
If you refuse a parcel then upon return of your items you will be refunded for your order minus a re-stocking fee equal to our outbound shipping costs of £5.88 and the return shipping fee of £5.88.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as E-Liquid cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you are rejected then you will need to pay us return shipping before the item is re-sent back to you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Warranty
Upon receipt of the goods, Red Hot Vaping provide a 6-month store warranty of the goods. This does not include; Coils, perishable items such as eliquid or any other items that may be considered perishable or consumable including batteries.
Red Hot Vaping’s warranty policy covers any manufacturing fault found within the first 6 months from the original delivery date, you must tell us of this fault as soon as you find it, and no later than the last day of the 6th month of the policy. Any faults declared to us after the end date of the warranty will not be included in the original warranty period regardless of if the fault was present whilst still in the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover; User error, Accidental damage, Malicious damage, liquid damage (including that caused by E-Liquid) or any other issue that arises that is not a manufacturing fault.
Coils are perishable items that are classed as Dead on Arrival (D.O.A). In any circumstance where you have opened and/or inserted a coil into the device then the item will be unreturnable under the distance selling regulations. Red Hot Vaping, May in some cases, review a request to return a coil if it was inserted correctly into the device, but would not work from the first instance. If a coil is fired but then ceases to work after the first instance then it will be classed as a working item and will be unreturnable as a D.O.A item.
E-liquids are a perishable item and are unreturnable once opened due to hygiene reasons. If a bottle of eliquid does not have a security seal on from the manufacturer, then due to uncertainty, we cannot for hygiene reasons refund the item.
Any faulty items that cannot be resolved with troubleshooting must be returned to us for inspection before we issue a refund. If the device is found to be faulty we will refund the cost of your return shipping to us (up to a maximum of the cost of Royal mails 1st class signed for service) if the item is found to not be faulty then we will reship the item back to you upon receipt of you paying us the cost of shipping the item back.
Outside of the 14-day distance selling regulations Red Hot Vaping does not offer a refund or exchange policy on items that are not to your liking.
