Covid-19 update

Covid-19 update:
As you have all just watched, our prime minister has entered us into a lockdown stage in the fight against the coronavirus.

As I have only seen as much as you have i can only provide you with an update on what i know now.

At this point, we will be closed in the morning to customers. We will still be instore but currently operating on an ONLINE ONLY basis.

Royal mail are still operating aswell as other couriers so we will still be dispatching orders as normal.

I am looking into offering local customers a delivery service, however this will be at the mercy of information I will be gathering over the next 12-18 hours from The government, trading standards, the police and other sources. In the event we can operate on a local courier basis I would like to express that we will prioritise vulnerable customers over others.

We are also looking into the possibility of doing a click and collect. This will mean you place your orders via our site and collect from OUTSIDE the premises with 0 contact. Again, this will depend on information I can gather.

We will endeavour to help you at all times, but please be patient with us during these unprecedented times.

Once again, stay safe and comply with the new rules. It's the only way to get back to normality faster!
